Shipping Policy

Production time: 1-5 business days

All of our pieces are made to order. Production may take longer during peak periods, if special materials need to be ordered or if custom design is required for your order. We will keep you updated if there are any delays. If we send you a design proof, we will wait for your confirmation to proceed, so please be prompt in your reply.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the item purchased. Our shipping is based on weight. However, we do offer free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100.

We aim to ship orders within 4 business days from date of purchase, however custom orders may take longer if design work and consultation is needed.

Delivery time: Approx 1-5 business days from shipping date.

All orders are shipped from Northgate in Brisbane. Usual delivery times:

Brisbane: 1-2 business days

Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra: 2-3 business days

Perth & Regional: 4-5 business days

If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know in the comments during checkout and we will do our best to ensure you have it in time.

December Christmas Period

During the December Christmas period, please allow extra time for shipping. We will advertise our Christmas cut-off to ensure your order arrives in time. We cannot guarantee orders placed after the Christmas cut-off will arrive in time

Please allow All items will be posted with 5 business days from date of order.
Time to delivery can be up to 4 weeks depending for addresses within Australia.

Standard shipping offers $100 compensation for damage and missing parcels. If your item arrives damaged, please take the item and packaging to your nearest Post Office for assessment and advice.

International Shipping

Time to delivery for international orders in not guaranteed. We will however, provide tracking with all orders.

UK CUSTOMERS

Due to decision made by the UK government, delivery to the UK has become a challenge for small businesses. Although we will continue to ship to the UK, we have no guarantee that the UK government will not create issues with your order.

Burnbella Designs Pty Ltd only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification advising of your tracking number. Please be aware that those with an email address hosted by iinet often do not receive their confirmation emails due to iinet blocking our email to you.
